"Energy-saving diagnosis" is a unique diagnostic technology of the Idemitsu Group that measures combustion efficiency and proposes energy-saving operations and cost reductions for boilers. It is conducted for boilers (up to 10t/h) and drying ovens. The diagnosis covers various items such as boiler efficiency (in accordance with the Energy Conservation Act), smoke density, and exhaust gas temperature. The diagnosis is performed during normal boiler operation without affecting operations. The measurement location is the environmental measurement port of the flue.
